Captain Cook Motor Lodge is fully set up for conferences, workshops, meetings and presentations for up to 26 people (conference style) or 16 people (boardroom style). And when the work is done, the beach is just over the road and the wineries are just around the corner.

Our comprehensive conference hosting service includes catering, accommodation and all the equipment you’ll need, such as whiteboard, flip chart stands, and video presentations (by arrangement).

Catering is tailored to your requirements and can include:

• Morning and afternoon tea
• Finger food and smorgasbord lunches
• Pre- dinner drinks
• Choice of set menu or a la carte dinner menu

Food is prepared in the restaurant kitchen so we can usually meet specific dietary requirements if you let us know in advance.

$85 per half day
$150 per day
